Arkansas state university or ASU is located on Crowley’s ridge at Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA. Founded in 1909, it was the first agricultural and mechanical college in 1925. In 1967, it was elevated to university status. Thereafter the degree, post graduate and doctors’ programs started. The whole ASUI system is located at different campuses. Craighead County, Beebe, Mountain home, and Newport are some of the locations where degree programs are offered.
There are more than 10000 students engaged in various academic pursuits. Academic affairs and research is responsible for different degree programs herein.
